coffee after shift before we head onto the weekend off is one of the things that i look forward to before. this was our way of keeping update with ourselves--personally, emotionally, family and relationship-wise. it is also a great stress-buster; talking about anything and everything and opening up.

we usually do this--me, kalay, aj and jhong. then jhong transferred to TP and the three of us though we're still with IBM got busy every now and then that our coffee session was halt for awhile...

then just before our shift ended, kalay cajoled me to have breakfast. since i was not that hungry we decided to just have coffee. so off to starbucks we went....

it's been a while since we did this last, and at first it was like we were back on the getting-to-know each other stage. we catched up on our individual relationship--me with darwin; her with nikki. then it was just like before. the comfort of coffee enveloping us as we started telling details of what's going on with who. shared secrets, family concerns, personal feelings, been each other's counselor and confidante.

i really like talking to kalay. people may have an impression of her as someone as a spoiled brat, a snob, a princess... but over a cup of coffee, i am so thankful that she's giving me the chance to get to know her better. the real kalay beyond all the glitz and glamour. we're both an only child (technically) so with her it's like confiding to a sibling (a younger sister) that i never had. i trust her of my emotions, my thoughts. and in return she's pouring our her feelings and sentiments with trust as well.

those precious seconds we get to spend is something that puts a smile on your face. it makes you feel lighter knowing that there's someone listening, mirroring...

keeping the love alive is what best described our coffee session for today. our love for our family... for our partner.... for friendship.... a love that is unselfish... sacrificial... love that makes us go on... endure... strive... struggle... and love even more...

See it First: ABS-CBN 2009 Summer Station ID

saw ABS's summer station id! aylabeetttt!!!!

when i saw this vid, super na-feel ko na summer na talaga.

aside from the scorching hot obvious temp this days. plus sung by kantoboyz which makes it even hotter!

it's no brainer that ABS has been known for great production numbers. i practically grow up witnessing their grand spectacular numbers every Xmas. and i can still recall before ABS had like monthly station id.. for once i followed my heart, now i can see i am back where i truly belong--to my family..

Last Hoorah for Eheads

A week had past and me and flora still could not get ahold of ourselves off the eheads mania that stuck to us like a potent perfume. Friday I got an SMS alert from Team Manila that they will be selling 2nd batches of the limited edition Eheads Team Manila Shirt.

So after shift I immediately went home to Bulacan to visit the folks. Slept a little, then off to Rockwell I met my girl friend. She was actually there earlier than me because I instructed her to fall in line while waiting for me. When I arrived at the archeology wing the line was already stretching as far as till the national bookstore area!

There were lots of people and usi and the conyo's of Rockwell asking what the line was all about. I was wearing my shades when a foreigner approached me telling me that I look like rizal in the banner of team manila. Geez, all i could say was thank you!

so after about lining for more than 1 hr. we finally got our shirts. and mr. raymund marasigan himself was there and signed our shirts and my two concert tickets!
